After rising to the rank of Senior Manager for one of the world's largest international consulting firms (Andersen) and serving as a Senior V.P. of Strategic Marketing for a $500M logistics firm it was time to start my own consulting firm.

In 2002, I launched my own niche consulting practice with no clients, no capital, and no industry experience.  In fact, I was completely unknown in the industry I chose to consult in, which is the hot tub and pool construction industry. 

Although I had never sold a hot tub or a pool, it fit the criteria that I was looking for in a niche industry.  These are my results...
